Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag – Freedom Cry will be releasing on December 17th according to the latest issue of Game Informer. An advertisement in the issue gave away the release date for the DLC before Ubisoft has officially announced the product. Freedom Cry has players assuming the role of Adewale over a four hour mini-campaign freeing all the slaves he can along the way.
The advertisement only mentioned that the DLC will be released on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The PC and Wii U versions were not mentioned.
