More troubling news comes from Keiji Inafune and Comcept. Mighty Number 9 launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2013 and raised nearly 4 million dollars. The game was slated for a September 15th release date, but Comcept announced that it will push that date to 2016.

Now on track for a Q1 release in 2016 Comcept updated their Kickstarter saying,”All of the core content for the game is developed and in a complete state. However, there are still bugs and issues pertaining to the online features that are included in the game. These bugs and issues have a direct affect on enjoyment of the game.”

With the Red Ash Kickstarter falling short of their goal and now Mighty Number 9 being delayed Comcept has some work to do winning their audience back over. Hopefully Mighty Number 9 can get the bugs out and hit that Q1 date. How are you reacting to the delay? Let us know in the comments below.
