Max Payne 3 is only 1 day away from its glorious, long awaited release. RedBox, The kiosk-based rental service has announced that the units will only be stocking Disc 1 of the game.  Max Payne 3 is being released as a multi-disc game.  Disc 1 contains the entire multiplayer online mode and the first half of the campaign mode. If you were hoping to get the full experience of the game, you’ll have to buy it for yourself. For those of you who remain undecided about whether to buy a game or not, be sure to check out our previous coverage of Max Payne 3. Even though you’ll only have access to one disc, you will be given enough of a taste to decide whether to or not to purchase the game.     It seems odd, but maybe that’s the point of renting a game. Just to test it out to see if you like it, then you can go out to a local video game retailer and buy the game if you like it that much.

      With most other games you get to try out the whole game, otherwise what is the point of paying for a rental where you barely get more than a demo would offer.
