Rockstar has chosen to humiliate the cheaters on Max Payne 3 multiplayer before getting rid of them. Any player caught and confirmed to be using modded games, hacked saves or any other hacks or exploits will be put in what Rockstar are calling the “Cheaters Pool” which is very similar to a jail but everyone will have guns. The cheaters will only be able to play with other cheaters in the pool however they can redeem there self and re-enter the multiplayer with people who have decided not to cheat. If they are caught cheating again, they will be serving life in the Cheaters Pool
