A few weeks ago, Europe and Asia were given a StreetPass update that added some paid DLC. That update has finally launched in North America. You can now get one of four games to collect more hats and puzzle pieces.
The games are Mii Force, Warrior’s Way, Flower Town and Monster Manor. An all-in-one pack is available for $15 or you can buy them piecemeal for $5.
As far as sales figures go, Satoru Iwata had previously stated that over 200,000 people have downloaded at least 1 game StreetPass. Nintendo is clearly on to something here.
