After suffering from multiple delays, Keiji Inafune has a new release date for the little Kickstarter game that could, Mighty No. 9. In a blog post, we were updated with the news that the game has gone gold, and we can now expect the game to be released June 21st, 2016 in North America and Asia, and June 24th, 2016 worldwide.

For those that don’t know, when a game goes gold, it means everything is virtually finished with the game aside from a few final touches. This also means that we shouldn’t expect any more delays as Inafune stated the release date is “set in stone” at this point. It should also be noted that these are for the console and PC versions of the game, as the PS Vita and 3DS versions will be released at a later date to be announced later.

What do you think Gamers? Do you think these delays are better for the game in the long run? Are you going to pick this one up? Let us know in the comment section below and for all things gaming, stay right here to New Gamer Nation.
