As you remember last week, TimeGate studios filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Well today, we learned that TimeGate has let go of their entire staff. This is still a developing story so stay tuned for more details if / when they become available. We wish nothing but the best for the folks at TimeGate, good luck!

TimeGate Studios has announced that after laying off a large portion of its work force, a high profile mishandling of Aliens Colonial Marines and a major lawsuit with SouthPeak Interactive, the company will be applying for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. There is no word on the status of their current projects or how it will effect personnel. Check here for further updates.
