Unless you’re a member of the press, there isn’t a way to get into the Electronic Entertainment Expo. However, the people that run E3, the Entertainment Software Association, is holding a public event called E3 Live. E3 Live will be an event open to the public; held right next to the L.A. Convention Center, the site of E3. Tickets are free, however are said to be limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. The show starts Tuesday, June 14 and runs to Thursday, June 16. You can register online to get your tickets here.

E3 Live will feature live entertainment, exclusive merchandise, and will have interactive experiences where you can meet industry personalities. What about the games, you ask? Well, while nothing is official, the site does say you will get to test out select games, gadgets, and gear. There’s no word on what games will be available at the E3 Live as opposed to E3 proper at this time.
