If you’ve been disappointed that the Xbox One family sharing plan is gone, there is reason you may want to have your voice heard on the topic. Microsoft’s Xbox One Chief Product Officer Marc Whitten spoke to IGN about the topic and stated that “If it’s something that people are really excited about and want, we’re going to make sure that we find the right way to bring it back.” There are no immediate plans at this point in time to add the feature back, but fans can rest assured that Microsoft is listening to the masses.

Microsoft also spoke about mishandling their communication strategy by saying “The thing that’s really gratifying is that people are excited about the types of features that are possible, and it’s sort of shame on us that we haven’t done as good of a job as we can to make people feel like that’s where we’re headed.” It seems that Microsoft is ready to start putting gamers first, we’ll see how the situation develops.
