Leaked ads lead to rumors swirling around the gaming community of the Playstation 4 finally getting a price drop. Sony has confirmed the PS4 is indeed getting a price drop. Starting Friday October 9, the price will drop about $50 to $349.99 USD and $429.99 Canadian Dollars (MSRP). So far this price drop looks to be just for the US and Canada through the holiday season. If you remember Microsoft had a similar deal last year through the holiday season with their Xbox One. One thing to note, the price drop will effect some of the bundles announced over the past few weeks.
