SEGA today announced that Nights into Dreams will be getting an HD remake. Nights into Dreams will be launching on the Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network and PC this autumn. The first we saw of it was a picture that was put on Facebook earlyer this week by SEGA.

Vice President Chris Olson said  “The Sega Saturn offered many unique gaming experiences, and Nights into dreams stands out as one of the most recognisable titles that found a home on the system. We’ve gotten a lot of requests about this game over the years, and are very happy to be able to give both former Saturn owners and new players a chance to play it in its most beautiful form to date this autumn.”

The HD remake will have improved leaderboards, trophies and achievements, as well as improved graphics. Also players can choose to play the game with the original graphics activated instead.
