The upcoming dungeon-crawler from Capcom, Deep Down, was officially revealed to be free-to-play at Tokyo Game Show.

Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida also confirmed this from his personal twitter account. In his tweet, Yoshida revealed that an open beta is planned near the launch of PS4 in Japan in early 2014.

Deep Down now joins several other free-to-play titles heading to the PS4, including: Blacklight: Retribution, DC Universe Online, and Planetside 2, among others.
