Well if you’re a big fan of football and the Madden franchise, this deal might be almost too good to pass up. EA recently announced a special Anniversary Edition of Madden 25 that’ll be exclusive to Amazon and it’ll cost $99.99. The cool thing is this special edition will have one hell of a perk. You’ll get 17 weeks of NFL Sunday Ticket free that you’ll be able to watch on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. The details of the Direct TV offer are:
- For fans who are not currently DirecTV subscribers but are able to receive DirecTV service, they will receive a promo code entitling them to $10 off per month for their first year of service and one year of NFL Sunday Ticket Max at no additional charge.
- For fans who are already DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket Max subscribers, you can access NFL Sunday Ticket on your computer, tablet, and mobile devices using your current DirecTV username and password.
- For fans unable to receive DirecTV service, each Madden NFL 25 Anniversary Edition will include a unique code to access the 2013 regular season (17 weeks) trial of NFL Sunday Ticket on computers, tablets, and mobile devices- including access to the award-winning Red Zone Channel.
There’s really no way to cut this aside from the fact that it’s a hell of a deal. The cheapest Sunday Ticket plan on Direct TV is about $225 a season, and the plan with all the bells and whistles is about $300. Sure you might only be able to watch on your computer, mobile, or tablet but that’s still an extremely good deal considering you’d only be paying $40 more than the price of the regular game. I’m not exactly sure what happens if you have Direct TV and you don’t have Sunday Ticket, like myself, but even if I could get it and just watch on my computer it’d be better than nothing.
