You may remember back in October, the Wikipad was going to be a 10-inch tablet for $500. Everyone that commented, told us they hated the idea. It seems that everyone else hated the idea and the tablet went back to the drawing board. Now the 10-inch tablet shrunk to a 7-inch tablet and it is priced at half of what it once was.
Introducing the new, revamped 7-inch model of the Wikipad which will hit the shelves on June 11th in the US. If you happen to live in the UK and other worldwide territories look for the Android tablet this summer. The new Wikipad no longer includes a rear camera but other than that, the specs are the same as before. The tablet features a quad-core Tegra 3 processor with 12 core Nvidia GPU, 16GB of storage with a micro SD for an additional 32GB, and HDMI outputs. Detachable console-like controls are still included and remain the same size as they were.
