Even if it’s bordering on impossible to keep things secret anymore, if the Wii U was a true surprise at E3, I have to wonder if it would’ve made a bigger impact. With that said, I don’t mind what Nintendo did, but Wii U made it sound like a successor to the Wii rather than something to separate itself from the Wii and try to make themselves comparable to the 360 and the PS3.
