The follow up of 2014’s Shadow of Mordor officially has a sequel. Middle-Earth: Shadow of War was outed over the weekend by the retail giant Target, while all signs pointed to it being real Target was quick to take down the listing. Fortunately we didn’t have to wait long, because publisher WB games has confirmed the sequel.

Monolith Productions will once again bring back Talion and his ghost buddy Celebrimbor for another round of dismembering orcs. The nemesis system will also be returning and players will be tasked to,” Go behind enemy lines to forge your army, conquer Fortresses and dominate Mordor from within”.

The game will be a direct sequel and take place between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Check out the announce trailer below.
