Hold on to your wallets, because it appears microtransactions have made their way into the latest Call of Duty. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s in-game Black Market store was updated Tuesday allowing players to gain access to things such as extra weapons, outfits, taunts, camos, and cosmetic attachments, among other things. Items include the butterfly knife, brass knuckles, new taunts, new body and head variants for each Specialists, epic rarity camo, a “wealth of new Calling Cards and extra slot packs will be sold for multiplayer. For Zombies, vials of Liquid Divinium and extra slot pack will be available. These items will be available for current generation consoles.

As explained through their Blog, all of these items can be obtained through traditional gameplay. However, using the Call of Duty points will help you get the item right away. Activision is giving out one-time gifts of 200 Call of Duty points for everyone who logs in for a limited time.

Though the prices for the items were not announced, although the cost of Call of Duty points are as follows:
200 Call of Duty points: $2
1,100 Call of Duty points: $10
2,400 Call of Duty points: $20
5,000 Call of Duty points: $40
