Today, we got wind that former dictator Manuel Noriega will be filing a lawsuit against Activision for “blatant misuse, unlawful exploitation and misappropriation for economic gain of his image in the video game.” That game is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Mr. Noriega is particularly upset because he feels the game “damaged” his reputation and “was portrayed as an antagonist and as the culprit of numerous fictional heinous crimes, creating the false impression that defendants are authorized to use plaintiff’s image and likeness.”

The lawsuit was just filed, so this is still a developing story. We’ll release the details one we receive more information.
