Grand Theft Auto V has been smashing records since its release yesterday, but we finally got a fairly clear picture of exactly how well the game has been doing. According to the latest sales figures, GTA V sold more than $800 million dollars in the first 24 hours of launch. These figures do not include Japan since the game does not release there until later. Analysts project that GTA V will sell more than $1 billion dollars worth of software by the end of the month.
