Today, Nintendo revealed that Wii U owners who buy Mario Kart 8 will get a code to download one of ten other Wii U titles for free. Players actually have a choice of some stellar titles. In Europe the choice is between:
- Nintendo Land
- New Super Mario Bros. U
- Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
- Game & Wario
- Pikmin 3
- The Wonderful 101
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
- Sonic Lost World
- Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games
- Wii Party U
In the US, you get one of the following:
- Nintendo Land
- New Super Mario Bros. U
- Pikmin 3
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
- Wii Party U
However, a free game comes with a caveat – although it’s a small one. All you have to do is register your copy of Mario Kart 8 on the Club Nintendo before the end of July.
