Today, EA has announced its fiscal earnings and with that comes some surprising news. EA is showing that they make more money from games that were digitally downloaded than from retail packaging. Digital  download revenue was at $482 million, compared to $342 million in Q1 2013, while revenue for retail goods and other net revenue was $452 million, down from $592 million in Q1 2013. Some interesting news despite the flat earning year over year.
