If indie games are your thing, then the Boston Festival of Indie Games is an event that you should attend. For the past few years now gamers have been able to attend talks, panels, and workshops revolving around indie game development and the future of the game industry all while being able to see a ton of indie games on display. Presented by MIT Game Lab and Boston Indies, the Boston Festival of Indie Games features tons of indie developers from the New England region which submit their games (digital and tabletop) to be shown to the public.

Registration for the Boston Festival of Indie Games is now open with individual tickets being $10 (or $7.50 for x2 or more), while kids 13 and under can register for free at the door. The event will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2014 on the MIT campus. Do yourself a favor and mark your calendars, register for the event, and look forward to playing a ton of indie games, attend film screenings, and listen to keynote talks.
