Gearbox Software confirmed their first DLC, the Mechromancer, will release on October 16th for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE and $10 in the Playstation Store for Playstation Network users. If you preordered the game, you were given a code to download the Mechromancer DLC for free. Gearbox Software also confirmed four different DLC packs set to release for Borderlands 2, which can be purchased individually or with a Season Pass.
Borderlands 2 will release for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC on September 18.
