U.S.-based publisher of leading Japanese games (that you typically would never get to play abroad) XSEED Games has been absorbed by Marvelous USA, which will now oversee all of the company’s U.S. operations. Marvelous USA will be lead by President and CEO Shinichi Suzuki, who held the same title for XSEED Games, while the publishing aspects will continue to be managed by Ken Berry (who has been with XSEED since before it was incorporated in 2004). Marvelous online will be overseen by Tatsuya Nishiokia as Senior Director with both Berry and Nishiokia reporting directly to Suzuki.
Marvelous USA is based in Torrance, California and is comprised of the XSEED Games team. Not only will the Marvelous USA team be managing the overall North American publishing operations, they will also continue to directly mange the XSEED Games brand for all current and planned XSEED Games titles, with NO change for consumers. *whew*
Marvelous USA unifies our US operations under the global Marvelous brand while giving our customers topnotch products and support for both traditional and online social and mobile games. Our XSEED Games console and PC brand will continue to offer the quality games and service for which it is known, and Marvelous Online gives us expanded reach into mobile and online social gaming markets.

Marvelous Online, based in Irvine, California will be expanding its XSEED mobile and online games business with the acquisition of the ATLUS Online Division, purchased earlier this year from Index Digital Media, Inc. The combined operations for Marvelous USA incorporate approximately 40 staff between the both offices.
