After filming the “Greatness Awaits” promotional trailer, Sony has a bunch of left over props. Instead of throwing them out, they decided to hold a big.
One need not fret, though, as Sony has a different currency in mind. Instead of real cash, Sony is allow gamers to use their PS3 trophies to bid on items in the auction. The promotion is being called the “Bid For Greatness.”
Sony will be placing a new item up for auction each day for the next 2 weeks. The items will last for 24 hours and range from things like concept art to full blown costumes.
Gamers will not lose the trophies they bid, either. There really is no reason to not give this auction a look.
