Today, Ubisoft purchased the remaining 70% of Related Designs to assume full ownership of the Anno developer. Ubisoft owned 30% of the developer up until now. The studio will still operate at full capacity despite the change of ownership. Related Designs will continue work on the Might & Magic Heroes MMO and then work with Blue Byte (another Ubisoft-owned studio) on a future title.
