Today, award-winning game studio Telltale games, have announced that they have just worked out a deal to released a game based on HBO’s Game of Thrones. This new collaboration will produce an episodic game much like their already famous games based on the Walking Dead. The multi-year, multi-title partnership between Telltale and HBO Global Licensing is targeted to premiere digitally in 2014 with an episodic game series for home consoles, PC/Mac, and mobile devices. Specific platform details are yet to be announced.

This brings a whole new dimension to the world of Westeros.”
