The Australian Classification Board (ACB) has just reported that it will uphold its decision to ban Saints Row 4 from sales in the country. Koch Media requested the game be given a second look after the first ban was put in place last month. According to the board, the game does not meet the criteria of the recently established R18+ classification. The reasoning for the decision was “drug use related to incentives and rewards are not permitted.” Initially, the problem seemed to lie with the Anal Probe weapon and its “implied sexual violence.” Koch Media removed that from the game but the drug use in the game turned out to be real culprit.
