rage-the-scorchers-dlc-on-the-way

Rage, the bestselling id Software shooter released in October of last year, will soon be receiving new content. Recently revealed on the Bethesda Blog, The Scorcher DLC will introduce new missions, new mini-games and a new difficulty mode.

The missions will span across six different new areas, as the players and their new allies defend the Hager Settlement against a bandit clan known as The Scorchers. Accompanying these missions is a new season of Mutant Bash TV and a vicious new weapon: the Nailgun.

“Ultra-nightmare” difficulty will now be available for players to tackle, with an Extended Play option that allows for players to play past the original ending of the game and continue collecting items and achievements.

Scheduled for release next Tuesday on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, this DLC will be available for $4.99 or an alternative 400 Microsoft Points from Xbox Live Marketplace.
