Not since 1990 has Nintendo hosted the Nintendo World Championships, 25 years later marks its return to E3. Nintendo released a short video releasing their plans for E3. Including the return of the infamous competition. Qualifying round will start on May 30th at select Best Buy locations. Winners of regional events and select players invited by Nintendo will meet on June 14th to battle in out in a multi-game tournament at the Nokia Theatre in front of a live crowd. Those who can’t attend live will be able to watch a live stream. Check out the video released.
