Sony has announced today that on November 19, 2012, Playstation Plus will be available for the Vita. The features of the portable version of Plus are essentially the same: cloud storage and everybody’s favorite, the Instant Game Collection.

Sony is rolling out some pretty heavy hitters for the Vita collection: Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, Gravity Rush, Wipeout 2048, Jet Set Radio, and Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack!. On top of that, you’ll also get 1 GB of cloud storage.

The best part, is if you already have a PS Plus membership for the PS3, it transfers to the Vita. No need to pay twice for two different consoles. So for those with a Vita, this is a great way to grow your game collection quickly.
