The OUYA Kickstarter is nearing its end with less than thirty hours to go and over seven million dollars raised. What is likely to be the last update to the Kickstarter has been shared and the OUYA team have made some exciting announcements.

The OUYA console is partnering with XBMC, which will give users access to a free open source media player on their televisions. They have also made a deal with TuneIn, 'a free service that lets people listen to the world's music, sports and news from wherever they are.'

New images of the console and controller have also been made available, demonst

rating the size of the hardware. The console in-particular, looks very small, akin to Nintendo's Gamecube, but probably even smaller; it may just be the smallest home console ever.

Finally, the OUYA team announced the imminent launch of a new website '', that will become the home for all future news regarding the console after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

Julie Uhrman ended the update by expressing her gratitude one more time for all the support the campaign has received. She wrote “I’d like to thank you all once more for believing in this project and supporting it from the beginning. Again, we only have a handful of hours remaining, so please tell your friends about what we’re trying to do here. It’s your support that makes OUYA possible.”
