SCEA and Netflix announced that the PlayStation 3 is now the primary development platform for Netflix and is the world’s most popular device for using Netflix. This should not be a surprise since the PS3 was the first console to offer 1080p video streaming with full Dolby Digital 5.1 Support. Other options including post play, new service sign up on the PS3, alternate audio options and second screen controls all started on the PS3 platform. If you are looking to watch Netflix, it seems like the PS3 is the best way to do it.
