Infamous hacking group Anonymous have recently claimed to have hacked the PlayStation Network once again, boasting about it on twitter. Group attached a document which contained e-mail adresses

and other encrypted information. However, the data attached seems to be identical to the previous attack which happened back in April of last year.

So for now we can only assume that the PSN is safe because the network is still up and running. however a statement from Sony has not been released on the matter which is odd considering the ramifications of what it being claimed, the silence is getting users (including myself) a little on edge. Hopefully Sony will speak out soon.
