If you love Minecraft, and you wanted to get your hands on a physical copy of the game, today is your lucky day. Microsoft has just announced that the award-winning game will get a disc-based release on April 30th in the US for $19.99 exclusively for the Xbox 360. Previously, this game was a download only game, but Microsoft wanted to expand the game to include those that do not have an internet connection.

The game will be identical to the downloadable version, and come complete with all the features and content that will be included in the ninth update to the game.

If you live in Australia, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan you will have to wait for early June. Other countries haven’t been specified.
