As part of the agreement between 38 Studios Bankruptcy Filing and the State of Rhode Island, the Kingdoms of Amalur IP is currently for sale. Luckily for Curt Schilling, the IP offering is generating some interest among a few unnamed sources. This is particularly important to Curt Schilling and 38 Studios because they are on the hook for $130 million dollars. The sale of the IP will go towards paying back that amount. In addition to the sale of the property, Curt Schilling has decided to sell some of his personal items, including the infamous bloody sock, to raise funds.

The court hearing for the sale will commence on Wednesday. Stay tuned for further details then.
