Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, DC Comics, and NetherRealm Studios have been working on an interesting game entitled Injustice: Gods Among Us. If you are a fan of the Mortal Kombat game (reboot), then you might want to pay particularly close attention to this as the engine looks very similar, only this time around the characters feature a large cast from your favorite DC Comics including: Batman, Green Arrow, Cyborg, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Solomon Grundy, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern just to name a few.
So to help raise awareness for the game as well as show off some of the gruesome details, they decided to hold a tournament (very Mortal Kombat-esq don’t you think?). Chosen by popular vote and a bracket style elimination heroes and villains will be matched up to fight. The first round has just finished with Batman versus Bane and Wonder Woman versus Harley Quinn. Look for round 2 February 11, 2013.
Look for Injustice: Gods Among Us on Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U on April 16th in North America and April 19th in Europe. Check out the two videos below and let us know what you think.
