The giant used game retailer announced, Song of the Deep, earlier this year and it looks like GameStop has a few more games waiting in the wings. The division now known as GameTrust, will be partnering with developers to create new games on all platforms.

Three well known studios will be working with GameTrust in order to create new IP. Ready at Dawn (The Order: 1886) , Tequila Works (Deadlight), and Frozenbyte (Trine series) are all slated to release a game. GameStop also has Insomniac’s Song of the Deep and promises there will be more to come.

GameStop stated that they will not be a part of the creative process. Instead focusing on marketing and exclusive real estate in over 6,000 retail stores worldwide. While none of the games are known at this time GameStop will be able to use their huge presence to give life to these intellectual properties. GameStop also acquired ThinkGeek and has stated they will produce merchandise for Song of the Deep that will only be found in stores.
