The Gamestick Console has had it’s Kickstarter Campaign pulled from the site due to an intellectual property dispute.

According to Kickstarter policy, if a product is found to violate an existing patent the Kickstarter page will be temporarily removed for 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within that time, the campaign is deleted and all the pledges are cancelled.

This is bad news for PlayJam, creator of the Gamestick, especially when you consider that the campaign was over $300,000 when it was pulled. That was three times what they were seeking and the campaign was on track for $1 Million dollars.
