Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z‘s full character roster has been fully revealed.
The full roster includes characters from the Dragon Ball Z anime series and the Dragon Ball Z movies.
Interestingly, no characters from Dragon Ball GT appear in the game, unlike many other Dragon Ball Z titles that featured them. This could be because GT isn’t official canon, but the only movie to be official canon is the most recent movie, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods.
Also absent from the Battle of Z will be the ability to transform mid-battle. The only way to play as a higher transformation of your favorite character is to choose that transformation from the character select screen, so if you want to play as Super Saiyan Future Trunks, you’ll need to select that character from the character select screen – not just Future Trunks.
