The n00bcasters learn of a reason to possibly purchase a Wii U, and also decide when the best time is to buy PS2 paraphernalia from GameStop. We reminse about the Virtual Boy and the amount of vision loss we suffered from that incredibly awesome system. Wolfenstein tickles their fancy with the a tantalizing teaser trailer, Saints Row 4 keeps the over-the-top interests topped off, and EA pairs up with Disney to make more money off of George Lucas. Finally, bonus points go to a discussion about female devs, which turns into one about game development. Enjoy!

Episode 15 of our incredible audio endeavor is here to grace your ear drums: Grizzled Veterans. Our first video take on the audio version, (which I will have up for you shortly, by the way) we talk about what we’ve been doing lately with the usual hilarious banter you know and love, sprinkled with some one-sided sports talk and capped off with Donovan’s incredible editing skillz.

What was once unknown is now known, and Metal Gear Solid 5 has been announced at GDC. From Fox, two phantoms were born, and Donovan and I break it all down for you listeners, along with the controversy around Kojima not bringing David Hayter back to voice Big Boss. We also review Tomb Raider and touch on Bioshock Infinite, as well as the recent additions to the gaming layoffs with LucasArts’ closure. We also get into some business discussions and how it relates to North America and Japan’s game developing styles.
