Just Dance 4 Intro – Kickin the conference off, the flagship title gets a sequel with Flo Rida putting on a performance. Not much information about the game was shown at this point, but we’re sure there is going to be more later in the conference.

Far Cry 3 – We are treated to the first single player trailer of Far Cry 3. It is an FPS through and through, but the locations are really what makes this title shine. The lush, tropical jungle is quite appealing, and it is a nice change from the greys and browns of urban combat. Not too much info was released about this title, but we know it is coming later this year. The scale of this title is amazing, and they promise plenty to see and do in this game.

Splinter Cell Blacklist – We already got a glimpse of this title during the Microsoft Press Conference earlier today, but Ubisoft took the reigns and showed off some more gameplay and the official launch trailer.

Avengers: Battle for Earth – For this title, we got a concept trailer for Avengers: Battle for Earth, but no gameplay or information was available with the first look. Look for this title in the fall of this year.

Rayman Legends – This is the first title that was openly marketed for the WiiU which is surprising seeing how it releases later this year. It is also surprising that EA didn’t talk about the new console at all. Either way, we were treated to a hands-on demo for this title on the new console. The controls seemed to function solely on the touch pad so it seems like this will be a WiiU exclusive. Either way, the title shows off the classic Rayman 2D side scrolling action. There were a few parts that switched into the 3rd dimension, but it was mostly a left to right game. The title looked good, and the graphics were great. No release information was released but look for this game after the launch of the WiiU later this year or early next year.

ZombiU – One of the first WiiU exclusive games announced by a third party conference. This title was announced as a survival horror game and the trailer certainly backs that up. The trailer itself didn’t show and gameplay or give us any information about the game. You can look for this game after the WiiU launch later this year.

WiiU Montage – Yeah, Ubisoft is into the WiiU, and they proved it by showing us a montage of all the WiiU titles they have been working on. Some of the titles included Avengers: Battle for Earth, Assassin’s Creed 3, ZombiU, Just Dance 4, Sports Connection, Rabbids Land, Rayman Legends and Your Shape Evolved 2013. There was no info released on these titles but look for them to launch in Q1 2013.

Assassin’s Creed 3 – Of course, the big boy of Ubisoft gets plenty of love with an artistic trailer, as well as some live gameplay. The artistic trailer shows the new assassin, Connor, as he hacks his way through a British infantry line. However, the real action was highlighted in the gameplay. Here, we saw Connor assaulting a fort and killing the templar in the building. We see all kinds of executions, battle strategies and stealth work. The game looks incredible and is surely the best game Ubisoft has to offer. Look for Assassin’s Creed 3 to hit the shelves this October.

Shootmania – Ubisoft wants to get into esports, and this is the game that is going to do it. The game is a fast-paced first person shooter that keeps things simple while allowing others to spectate. They showed the potential of the game by staging a mini competition on stage between counter strike champions. The game is still in alpha so things looked rough around the edges, but there was a lot of potential for a new FPS game.

Watch Dogs – Ubisoft closed the show with a new IP called Watch Dogs. Watch Dogs is developed by Ubisoft Montreal and has been in development two years. The game involves hacking and espionage. It is reminiscent of Deus Ex but not as futuristic as far as the environments go. The trailer was very interesting, and it gave us a glimpse of the single player campaign. It also shows that you can jump between characters in the campaign so the story is clearly much deeper than we can tell from the trailer. There was no release information available, but you can rest knowing this will be out sometime next year.

Overall, Ubisoft had a good line up. There was a curious focus on WiiU titles, especially when you consider that no other 3rd party developer really featured games like this, it was different. However, with games like Watch Dogs and Assassin’s Creed 3, there will be plenty to play from Ubisoft in the coming months. We hope you enjoyed and be sure to let us know what you are looking forward to from Ubisoft.
