Today, Electronic Arts has secured sequel rights for Titanfall 2. Back when Respawn Entertainment approached EA about making Titanfall, there were stipulations in the contract which allowed EA to retain rights on the game if it became successful. Well it turns out, Titanfall is massively successful and EA definitely wants to give you more Titanfall in the future. Congratulations to Respawn Entertainment on the successful launch and a new game deal!
