EA just announced that if you already played Mass Effect 3, you will have instant access to the N7 Mass Effect 3 armor specially customized for Isaac in Dead Space 3. EA also confirmed that this crossover item will be available on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. However, you must play Mass Effect 3 and Dead Space 3 on the same platform to get the unlock.
