Square Enix has just announced that everyone’s favorite “SOLDIER 1st Class” will be coming to Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. Well…..not exactly. Cloud Strife wont be making any appearances personally, but his outfit will be available by means of DLC for the game, for those the pre-order.
Along with the outfit, Lightning will have access to Cloud’s Buster Sword, Soldier’s Band, the victory fanfare and finishing animation. Lastly you will also receive specific abilities that come with the Cloud outfit and weapon, but the details have not been revealed as of yet, but one can only hope its Omnislash. The DLC will be available at launch for both Xbox 360 and PS3.
