PAX East is one of my favorite conventions each and every year. You get some hands-on with the latest and greatest from major developers as well as indies, but there is just something special about seeing a game that has literally been around for a decade and is still growing strong. Eve Online is one of those games as it now has 19 expansions and is continually growing.
