Today, Amazon has revealed that, after lots of speculation, a new device is now available called the Amazon Fire TV. This device is intended to compete with the Roku and Apple TV. The device will also support game streaming but it is geared towards a more casual gaming audience and will not go up against consoles. Right now, you can get your hands on Minecraft: The Pocket Edition, Monsters University and Asphalt 8: Airborne but Amazon’s game studio is working on a number of new titles.

If this device appeals to you, check out the product page on Amazon.com and order it today.

Well when you look at the competition, the Roku 3 and the Apple TV are both at $99. It seems to be priced right where it needs to be. Especially when you consider that it has a controller and is having exclusive games being developed for it, it is a great deal.
