Microsoft announced today that Age of Empires II HD will be hitting Steam on April 9th. Those who pre-purchase the game at a 10 percent discount, will be able to earn early access to the game starting on April 5. Age of Empires II HD Edition includes all the single player content from Age of Kinds and the Conquerors, totaling 18 campaigns in all. The game will allow for achievements, leader boards, matchmaking, and cloud support. Finally, check out the minimum specifications to make sure your rig is ready for the game.
