Activision has just confirmed, that as part of their dismantling of the Guitar Hero and DJ Hero business unit, all Guitar Hero and DJ Hero DLC will be pulled from the store next month. If you are a big fan of the series, you don’t need to worry about what you’ve already purchased since that will be unaffected. Guitar Hero and DJ Hero servers will also remain online so that data is safe too. This is sad, but expected news for the once mighty Guitar Hero and DJ Hero brands. As a thank you to the Hero community, select songs and tracks will be discounted by as much 50 per cent on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii from now until the end of March.
